Testimonials

"The LBL Strategies Mastering Strategy in Healthcare bootcamp was insightful, engaging, and thought-provoking. I enjoyed how the instructors used different teaching methods, including breakout rooms and videos. As a strategy professional, I found the bootcamp to be invaluable. I learned about a variety of different resources and tools that can be used throughout the strategy process, and that can be customized based on organizational needs. It was also great to connect with other like-minded professionals. After taking the bootcamp, I was empowered to pursue an International Association for Strategy Professionals (IASP) certification. After studying with additional prep materials that LBL Strategies provided me, I felt well-equipped to pass my IASP exam, and I did! I would recommend LBL Strategies courses to any professional wanting to advance their knowledge of strategy."

"I would definitely recommend this strategy bootcamp to my colleagues.  Learning is social, and I appreciate how much time was allocated to help us “socialize around the learning” with other healthcare professionals."

"I appreciated the “Ahaa!” moments when we realize we have historically been doing “strategy tasks,” but not gaining any true benefit. One of the greatest values of the program was learning strategy visualization tools and exercises to help professionals think and act strategically."
