Jacqueline “Jackie” Lavorgna is a Senior Consultant and Trainer with LBL Strategies. She brings over a decade of experience in strategic thinking, strategic planning and management, and strategic foresight across the higher education and legal industries.
Drawing on her background in business, strategy, and education, Jackie brings a growth mindset and systems thinking approach to client engagements. Her focus is on cultivating an environment where strategic planning can thrive through execution and performance management while informing future environmental assessments and strategy formulation. Jackie brings added value to LBL strategy engagements through her expertise in strategy facilitation, environmental assessment, strategy formulation, strategic planning, and change management.
Jackie holds a PhD in Business with a Strategic Management focus from the University of the Cumberlands where she is also an adjunct faculty member. Jackie holds professional certifications as Strategic Management Professional (SMP) from International Association for Strategy Professionals (IASP), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, Certified Foresight Practitioner from Institute for the Future (IFTF), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA) and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI).
