Individual learning teams work together to discuss this information and apply these concepts directly to their organization.   Easy-to-use tools and a telephone helpline support each team during the program.

Throughout the course, the necessary resources are provided to guide each learner team through the development and implementation of an effective governance program.  Included are the management principles and materials necessary to understand the process, a step-by-step guide, questions to ask and answer, and the online and offline tools necessary to be successful.
