Our 25 years teaching, consulting, designing, and implementing strategic management systems and processes has allowed us to craft an approach to strategic planning and management that is both intelligent (our continuous learning) and practical based on experience and lessons learned; an approach we apply successfully in our work with organizations in many sectors of the economy from private firms to nonprofits to government agencies.
