LBL Strategies Executive Workshop series is offered to association based member audiences made up of executive leadership teams and strategy professionals that share an industry focus and confront similar issues to managing strategy. Individual workshops deliver “theory meets practice” deep dives into timely issues in strategic management and the challenges busy senior executives and strategy professionals face confronting them. These intensive half or full day workshops provide hands-on “applied learning” experiences in critical management issues providing tools, guided practice and practical “just in time” solutions to them.

 

In advance preparation, assessment work is completed working with association staff to identify the current needs of the membership.  We do this work using our online organizational assessment tool allowing us to easily capture and analyze results to identify the best fit workshop topics for association consideration. This ensures the workshop matches audience interest and time is maximized working on current issues using the strategy level information participants bring in order to apply tools and solutions to establish an effective strategic management practice(s) immediately.

 

A master text, Strategic Management in the 21^st Century (Rollinson and Young), covering the history, theory, principles and practices for strategic management is provided for learning enrichment and reference. Once the workshop has concluded Strategy in the 21^st Century: A Practical Strategic Management Process becomes a valuable desktop resource for participants.
