LBL Strategies provides “hands on” project consulting services to a client organization’s strategic planning and management process. Our MAPP® methodology is used to comprehensively address the pressing problems and development of the strategic goals of a particular organization. We are uniquely suited to apply our process methodology and remain connected to your planning team, anywhere and anytime, through our web-based planning technology MAPPware 2.3

In each case we use the MAPP® process to define a shared vision, focused strategy and balanced operating plan to realize the vision. This will involve a number of the following:

• Environmental scan and GAP Analysis survey leading to conducting a prioritized SWOT Analysis
• Vision, mission, core values and primary goals development or refinement  
• Development of organizational, business unit, or departmental operating plans including the development of a balanced scorecard framework of objectives and associated projects to form a viable operating plan
• Build performance metrics and a performance measurement system to support ongoing monitoring of progress toward achieving the goals of the plan
• Establish a strategy management calendar and continuous management process within your organization
• Ongoing “back office”  management support in aspects of plan implementation and performance data collection and data flows through LBL’s web-based planning technology MAPPware 2.3
