		Diane Rollinson is the Chief Information Officer and co-owner of LBL Strategies, Ltd., and president of Rosebud Software Systems, Ltd. She is a data architect and expert in data modeling, with an extensive business consulting background. She specializes in supporting organizations in leveraging information for strategic advantage. She developed Beacon by Rosebud a highly integrated, strategic management, client server tool, and has recently led the design and development team of a more intuitive internet tool named MAPPware. Over the past 20 years, she has worked with a variety of organizations in the structuring and management of data as a competitive resource. For ACNielsen, the world’s top market research firm, collecting consumer behavior data in 80 countries, she led the team that enhanced transaction processing, saving the company $750,000 in a single year. For Discover Financial Services, she designed administrative and warehouse data management solutions. She also designed the logical and physical models for an executive decision support warehouse for Rush Prudential Healthcare. Other organizations she has served include SPSS, Anixter Brothers, Inc., American Hospital Association, RCT Systems, Inc., and Lawrence Hall School for Boys. Ms. Rollinson holds a MBA in Management Information Systems from DePaul University, a MS in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University, a BS in Psychology from Purdue University, and a Certificate in Computer Programming from DePaul University.
