User Ability - Team Manager

  • Team managers ability to tag a project as “On Hold”, “Closed”, “Active” and “Inactive”
  • Short name fields have been added to Goals, Objectives and Projects to permit team managers to install abbreviated names for reference, search and reporting purposes
  • An alert function is now available to notify team manager’s if they have assigned a project’s end date exceeding that of its related objective

User Ability - Team Member

  • Team members assigned to manage projects can now classify the status of their projects against three dimensions (Time, Cost, and Quality) for increased reporting efficiency

Performance Analysis

Three reports have been added forming the “Performance Measurement” section of “Reports” for MAPPware tracking organization performance metrics. Included are the:

  • Scorecard - Displays the results of Key Performance Indicators by Goal and Key Result Areas of the “Balanced Scorecard.”
  • KPI Dashboard - Displays the results of Key Performance Indicators by related Objectives.
  • Project Dashboard - Dashboard plus details on the status for active Projects as reported by the Project Manager.

San Diego Great Ideas Conference Follow up

On February 28 at the American Society of Association Executives, Great Ideas Conference held in San Diego, Randy Rollinson along with Kirk Leeds, CEO, Iowa Soybean Association (ISA) completed the second of two workshops on the effective use of technology to measure strategic progress.  Including those leaders attending the first session held on December 6 in Orlando, approximately fifty association executives learned an effective technique for identifying Key Performance Indicators in their association.  Included in the workshop was a case study chronicling ISA's successful implementation of a web-based performance management system using MAPPware 2.1.
