“Hold The Presses!”
We are very pleased to introduce Ling Ge as the newest member of the LBL team. Ling joins us as our Information Technology Manager responsible for integration, deployment and ongoing management of LBL’s web-based network of planning and education tools and communication platforms.
Ling’s background includes working as a software engineer for Haina Qware Scientific and Technological Corporation in China. As a member of their team, she developed web-based, Oracle database-driven production systems in Borland Delphi with embedded SQL programming languages. She was also responsible for developing computer based training programs using Macromedia Authorware. Ms. Ge was involved in web development work here in Illinois before coming to LBL. She is a Sun Certified Java programmer.
Ling has master’s degrees in Computer Science (DePaul University) and Chemistry (Zhejiang University). She is presently a master’s candidate in Applied Statistics at DePaul University.
