MAPPware is Improving!
MAPPware has been quietly adding more features over the last 3 months with more planned in the near future. Recent improvements to MAPPware include the ability to customize both external and internal Environmental Scan questions for each scan type. As a result, the scans are now even more focused and pertinent to the industry and specific business environment of the participants. At the Project Status reporting level, we have added a quick way to communicate the overall health of a project by providing project managers the ability to specify whether the project is on time, within budget and at an acceptable quality level. We have added a Project Dashboard Report that conveys this information and allows users to drill down to detailed status descriptions if desired. MAPPware reports are also undergoing improvements. Tom Kozak, a graphic designer, has recommended a common look and feel to the reports by adding and conforming colors, font types and the placement of data. Ken Hamady, a Crystal Reports expert, is using his skills to insure the reports render according to Tom’s recommendation. In the near future, look for the ability to identify Project Milestones with expected and actual dates to monitor progress. Team Managers will soon have the ability to delete Objectives and Projects as the operational plan evolves.
