Randall Rollinson is President of LBL Strategies, Ltd., and a Certified Strategic Management Professional. His work includes the Certificate in Strategic Management Program, which won the 2001 Exemplar Award from the International Association for Continuing Education and Training. He co-designed and developed an award winning Certificate in Business Administration Program offered at DePaul University from 1985 to 1988 and at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) from 1988 to 1999. Randall received his MBA at DePaul University and an MS in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University.
Earl Young is Professor Emeritus at DePaul University where he taught in the Department of Management. Prior to that Earl taught Management at the Illinois Institute of Technology and the University of New York in Albany. His primary teaching and consulting activities have been in operations management, strategic management, and international development. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago and his PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
